China Debt Problem
Removing debt problems can be difficult, especially if you are unemployed, have little disposable income or your state of health is poor. There are two different types of bankruptcy that American's can use to eliminate credit card debt and unsecured loans.
You'll be able to remove debt by filing under chapter 7 or chapter 13, but you'll need to select the appropriate bankruptcy type from the outset as the eligibility criteria will be strictly adhered to by the court. If you aren't eligible, the judge won't allow you to proceed.
